Ephesians 4:29

"Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to use of edifying, that it may minister ENABLING AND STRENGTHENING POWER unto the hearers."

Ephesians 4:7

"But unto every one of us is given ENABLING AND STRENGTHENING POWER according to the measure of the gift of Christ."

Ephesians 3:8

"Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this ENABLING AND STRENGTHENING POWER given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ."

Ephesians 2:8

"For by ENABLING AND STRENGTHENING POWER are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God."

Ephesians 1:7

"In whom ye have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his ENABLING AND STRENGTHENING POWER."

Why My Grace Project?

In my last counseling session my therapist challenged me to read and to put into practice the talk from this March's Ensign by Carolyn J. Rasmus titled "The Enabling Power of the Atonment". In this talk Carolyn quoted from a talk Elder David A Bednar gave at BYU back in 2001 which was featured in the April 2012 Ensign. In Elder Bednar's talk he spoke about the enabling power of the Atonement and said: "I believe we can learn much about this vital aspect of the Atonement if we will insert 'enabling and strengthening power' each time we find the word grace in the scriptures."

This what My Grace Project is for. I'm going to be going through all of the scriptures that include the word "grace" and will insert "enabling and strengthening power" in and I will see what I have to learn about this enabling power of the Atonement.

Please take the time to read both of these articles and take the time to really ponder them and apply their teachings into your life. It will change your life for the better.
